Our Story

Diane Gordon, a dynamic partner at Husker Investments, collaborates closely with her husband, Andy, to expand their real estate portfolio across Nebraska, Texas, and Florida. Their investments span single-family long-term rentals, short-term rental properties, and they are now exploring opportunities in the multi-family rental sector.

With a rich background that bridges health care and business management, Diane has notably excelled as a Physical Therapist and operated multiple clinics, in addition to being a Partner/Owner of a Durable Medical Equipment Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (1991), a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (1993), and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2016). Diane's career has thrived in varied settings, culminating in specialized licensing in Orthopedics, allowing her to make meaningful contributions to her community through volunteer work with local high schools and sports clubs.

Andy Gordon is a pivotal force, since 2004, with the success of Husker Investments, perfectly complementing Diane's expertise in real estate with his extensive business acumen. With a solid foundation in electrical engineering and an MBA, Andy's analytical prowess and strategic insight are unmatched. His education and keen business sense ensure that each of their investments is underpinned by thorough research, data-driven decision-making, and a clear vision for sustainable growth.

A born entrepreneur, Andy's journey began with the launch of his first startup in 2004, showcasing his knack for identifying and cultivating business opportunities from the ground up. This was followed by the strategic acquisition of a business in 2012, further expanding his entrepreneurial portfolio. Since then, he has successfully initiated three startups, with the latest venture kicking off in 2023. Each of Andy's businesses reflects his innovative approach and strategic foresight in growth and development.
